Guest guest
Just offset any vitamins/minerals it may take out with supplementation and good diet. I don't remember now which it has an affinity for but I believe perhaps the fat soluable ones, since it targets fats in general, so that would be vit d, a, k???, e, etc. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I would take fatty supplements one hour before taking CSM, like it says to take medicine an hour before, so perhaps a fish oil, along with supplements one hour before just like you would take medicine. I only take CSM once in awhile so I don't take any special supplementation but I would (and will if I start to use regularly), do think you should supplement with certain ones. That's what is recommended when you chelate for heavy metals since chelator will take out beneficial metals/minerals as well, so I would imagine it would be the same for this. I do believe I have read this also on suggested supplementation with CSM. I just can't keep track of all the information!! --- tigerpaw2c <tigerpaw2c@...> wrote: > I do know that mold can cause anemia, from what > I have gathered and > heard from others their iron levels dropped > considerably after their > toxic exposure.
