Guest guest
I'm scared of earthquakes! Glad that yours wasn't too destructive, Donna! So how much longer are you doing the MM workouts? Which of the 3 are your favorite (Endurance, Power, Strength) Are you missing PowerFit? Hi Everyone!First - the exciting news - we had an earthquake! It was kinda cool - I was up - it happened at 5:04 - I was setting up for my workout and putting in a load of laundry when it felt like a big truck rumbled by the house. I kind of thought it was an earthquake and when I checked the news it was confirmed! Earthquakes are pretty rare here, so this one was relatively big for us 3.6 - After the earthquake I got down to business - stretched and walked on the TM for 1/2 mile, then did Montenegro Method Endurance # 2 - I really find this one easier than # 1! Odd - but maybe they aren't meatn to be progressively more difficult, so maybe I shouldn't be fearing # 3. Anyway, after that, I walked on the Tm for another 1/2 mile, then stretched some more. Followed up with Kries' Hot Body Cool Mind Level 2 Pilates workout. Your standard mat exercises - well done, though. ok - now off to start the day!Donna

Guest guest
> First - the exciting news - we had an earthquake! it feels freaky doesnt it? we had one here a few weeks ago, in the middle of the afternoon... i was sleeping in preparation for going into work that evening and the earthquake woke me up... the bed was really shaking and i was up on the upper floor of our house! earthquakes are very rare here too... that was only the second one ive felt in my entire life. thankfully they were short and didnt cause any damage around here. :*carolyn. Guest guest
Hi!The earthquake was pretty cool - I wasn't exactly sure what had happened at first - there was just this loud rumbling sound (I was in the basement, getting ready to do my workout and putting a load of wash in the washer - I multi-task!) when it hit. I thought it might have been an earthquake, then I thought I imagined the whole thing - but I turned on the news as I was warming up on the TM - and that confirmed it! I don't think I'd want to be in a huge quake, but this one wasn't bad. I think I will do MM for either another 2 - 3 weeks. Then, I go on vacation and I'll move on to something else when I get back. I actually am missing the PowerFITs and may throw them in too sometimes. They may be on tap for when I get back from vacation since they are no-dread and it will be easy to get back on schedule with them. Take care!Donna Hi Everyone!First - the exciting news - we had an earthquake! Guest guest
When I was a kid - my real father could be a class A jerk. After we had just moved to Texas we set up my room with my bed against the wall and a oak washstand with an antique porcelain pitcher and bowl. I dreamt about the earth moving and I woke up to find the bowl smashed on the floor. My father was FURIOUS with me and chewed me a new one for being careless. We found out about 4 hours later that there was an earthquake over night. Never got an apology and never really felt an earthquake whilst awake ever again. Every time I went to LA I kept hoping. ;-) a > > >  > > > > > > > > > Hi Everyone! > > First - the exciting news - we had an earthquake! It was kinda cool - I was up - it happened at 5:04 - I was setting up for my workout and putting in a load of laundry when it felt like a big truck rumbled by the house. I kind of thought it was an earthquake and when I checked the news it was confirmed!
