Guest guest
Hi Everyone, This morning was Strong Bear w/ Keli from the re-made Strong Bear w/ Tracie Long. As I recall both workouts are pretty similar - the remake has better production though. At some point, I will do the Tracie Long version b/c I love Tracie. Anyway, this was a good 'tortoise' style worokout for today. I can tell I'm rusty in my lunges and tall box presses, though. I finished up with a 5 min Quick Fix for hips and lower back from Jill 's Yoga QuickFix lower body DVD. I am thinking these may be good to do as warm-ups as well as post-workout sessions. I'm getting a little more used to her style and moves - they are a bit different from "traditional' yoga. My only complaint, is, these feel rushed to me - it must be the 5 and 10 min timeframes. Which, ironically is why I thought they would be good for me - easy to fit in - but I feel that there isn't enough time spent and some of it feels rushed. Take care, Donna
