At first I thought it was moving kinda of slow, but it didn't take me long to get into it totally. I would surely use it for cardio, and not stregnth at all though. My heart rate was elevated throughout. I would have to admit that I was hoping for better music. It seemed like she did the same beat /music throughout it al nearly?? But, not certain on it. It wasn't bad, but just not great either. And when she does the second set of each combo, I always like to start with my opposite arm that I did the first time. So, I did that on my own. Not like it matters too much, but just a quirk, I guess. I also did the short 6 minute ab workout in the end. I liked that too. I modified to keep my back happy..
