Guest guest
Hi Jojo, It's wonderful to read your self-intro. And I am super glad you joined the FTCLDF. HEY! Have you looked into a SHARE program? The main attorney at Farm to Consumer, my friend Pete Kennedy, lives in FL and would know the law very well there. If you give him a call he can tell you if you can do a share program in your state. It's much better than selling for pet food. You don't " sell " any milk, but you sell your labor of keeping the goats milked for the " owners " . If you go this direction, I would take down the raw milk sales page, as that implies your are selling milk for human consumption, and you wouldn't be with a share program....only selling your labor. Anyways, keep us updated. Talk soon! D. moderator > > Good morning, > I have been selling raw milk for about 4 years, minimally.
