Carly-

I have a couple of questions for you... I hope you don't mind. But my hubby and

I are going back and forth about getting pregnant again. I had my first child

before I was diagnosed with Stills.

How long did you have Stills before getting pregnant?

Did you have to stop all meds right away?

Did you have any flares/pain while off your meds trying to get pregnant?

How long were you off your meds before you got pregnant?

Were you on prednisone and MTX before you got Pregnant?

Were you also on Remicade?

Did you take Remicade or Kineret while pregnant?

Did you take any medication while pregnant?

Did you even need any meds? Or what about pain meds?

Did you pretty much go into remission while pregnant?

If so how long after you were pregnant?

Did you have a good Pregnancy? Any problems? Stills related?

Did you have any problems while delivering?

What about after you had your baby?

How long after you baby was born did symptoms come back?

Did it come back worse?

Gosh.. I have so many questions. I will stop here and I bet you will answer

most of the others that I am thinking.

I have been on Prednisone and MTX (except when I was

trying to get pregnant until I stopped nursing) for 7

years.

Keri & Carly I cant wait to see the responses also! You know at first when

I started looking into a possible pregnancy down the road I was encouraged

because it seemed like most data pointed to the RA symptoms easing way up or

even remission during pregnancy and then some point after delivery they likely

return. Then I started looking more into studies on Stills and pregnancy and

the info that has been collected was not as encouraging. Even though us

Stills people are treated with the same meds as RA sufferers we are indeed

different. I'm so grateful to have found this group because I can see what

really

goes on in the life of someone with Stills and not just a few limited

studies.
