New to this & just diagnosed

Hello, My name is chris and I am 29 years old and live in Suburbs of

Chicago. My symptoms started at the end of May with very bad joint

pains, and chills than fever of 102. I was in the hospital for 26 days

on and off since. The Dr first said I was dehydrated when I first when

in, and pumped fluids in me. I have never had any joint pains since,

but just the fevers. He than gave me 60mg of prednisone and never had

fever since. I got a second opinion at Northwestern Hospital in

Chicago. He said he thinks I have stills because of my ferritan level

so high with a very high white blood count. I hate being on this

prednisone, which now I am at 20mg.But I fear when I keep going lower,

I will get the fevers back. Does this sound like stills?
