Guest guest
I may be new to your group, but not in farming. My name is ,I live in s SC. s County. Raw milk sales are legal here. It is legal to sell it off of the farm. You have to have more licensing through the "Corporate world" to have the spin off sales of raw milk, like buttermilk, yogurt, cheese. I believe in Raw Milk. It sets us apart, from what our country has conditioned the people in their thinking. But it is the best of the best , from a nutritional stand point. All the enzymes we get, along with the vitamins, and minerals. It is just plain good for us all. I even make homemade "Milk Wine". My fellow dairyman, love it and cannot believe it is actually made from Raw milk. I am so Pleased to meet every one, and Hope to learn more about what is going on in other states, as well as my own. It is good to keep informing one another, as it gives us the unity which in this day in time,we so desperately need.I commend you all for the stick to Natural, attitude. It just feels good and you know it is the right thing to do... Regards to all,

Guest guest
The recipe I found, dates back to the early 1900's. You use both water and milk and of course, you use yeast... But Boy, will it knock your socks off, as it has a very good, tart taste, like none other that you have tried. It has the coloring that is almost golden, As it ferments, it forms 3 distinct layers. The cheese has so many good properties, that it is wonderful in a pro biotic sense. Good for the gut. From: Liz Novak Subject: Hello All, I am New to your group..
