Guest guest
Does that count towards the water you have to drink also? I'm putting it on my grocery list this morning. I had forgotten about the health benefits of Cranberry Juice. Also, I had a terrible headache yesterday and it took me all day of drinking water to get it better. Last night, every time I woke up, I drank about 6 to 8 ounces of water and I still had some headache this morning, but not as bad. I took an oatmeal bath this morning and I think the rehydration directly into my skin has helped stop the headache. I still don't feel 100 percent, but I do feel some better. I just thought I'd pass that along to whomever might like to try it when waking up with that terrible headache. And I have a cookout to go to at noon. I've told my hubby that I would make a great effort to be ready and go, but if it's an outside thing, I'll be coming home real soon. I hate this treatment because of that, but life goes on. Hugs, VickieG I agree with you cranberry juice is good along with water. If you get thrush like some did, I got it on treatment and I used what they called the miracle Mouth wash. Benadroyl liquid and Malox Liquid and mix together in equal part and man it worked really good. I was told by Suzy that all people on treatment don't have symptoms of cirrhosis. I did not always have it. I did not have thrush and the itches at first few times on treatment and then the last time boy I had every side effect that one could get. Love and hope you feel better soon. Glenda Get a sneak peak of the all-new AOL.com.

She's the doc, and I'm not..but you may want to look up Lawers that deal with poor quality care issues, and maintain an ongoing diary of what has been discused at the GI's office, and what your feeling, because God forbid, something SHOULD go awry, it's real easy to maintain a position of there is no proof, the tx or the doctor's method of care relates to this..I'm bettin' you can find someone to pursue this, and then take a huge portion of the settlement for themselves. I said all that because I don't know how to spell the contingcy word. Yoghurt has a bacteria in it that fights the yeast. Also cranberry juice has the same kind of effect. SuZie VickieG wrote: Will mouth wash help prevent that? I may not understand your situation correctly, but it could be serious..like evrything else isn't..right?haha I speak only for myself but I tried tx twice, 3 m0onths apart. the first time I was in the hospital isolation place for over six weeks. I couldn't shake staph infection, which may have been activated (and I think was) from the planned reaction of tx...lower the immune system 3 months later...tried tx again, both times at 5 weeks is when I would get sick.2nd time only three weks with home infusions for two more weeks. I don't really know what or who T.H.R.U.S.H. is or thier objective.. I do know they are not affiliated with U.N.C.L.E. sorry...had to joke alittle... but your prostate is pretty serious stuff, I think.
