We make cheese from our Jersey , i suggest you join a cheese group and please do make FETA Cheese, we have a Dear elder friend that wants some, so when you perfect it, let us know. We can also trade some Cow cheese if you wish, we make Cheddar, Mont.Jack, Gouda, Farm House Cheddar. We are getting a lot of compliments, we use Rikki Carrols book on making cheese, you can go to your library and check out many cheese making books and see which ones have good reivews on Amazon, and ask other Goat Cheese makers about this.
