Guest guest Posted July 19, 2010 Report Share Posted July 19, 2010 I got a 'workout' in! I'm so happy. I feel soooo much better. I worked very very little, but I got a couple of burns and it makes me feel so good My heart rate got up to 120 a couple of times otherwise it was very low. I was keeping my range of motion VERY limited. I'm hoping I can do another light one tomorrow, but I am keeping it light for awhile..even after my ROM increases... Hopefully in a couple of weeks, I can up the intensity a bit?? Anyway, I did Jiggle Free Arms. it's beena LONG time since I did this one. I modified when I needed to as well. I really enjoyed it. This is a great little workout. I burned a depressing 163 calories with my average at 99.
