Guest guest
Yay! Your back was okay with this then! Who teaches this one? Well, I actually did my workout this morning after my tea like 'normal'. It took me awhile to loosen up and feel like I could actually move, but I did it. I also lowered my step to one riser. I normally always keep it on two risers no matter the workout. One riser helped... Some of the knee-ups I did on the floor. All in all I enjoyed it. This was my very first step workout, and boy did it take me FOREVAH to learn it years ago... I was happy to see that I had burned 331 calories with my average heart rate at 121 - yay! Am thinking about doing the sculpting workout tomorrow and attempting the squats, but with no weights and limited ROM. Darcy

Guest guest
Thanks Donna! I am surely seeing improvement- ya-hoo! The more I move, the better I feel. I have been only sitting for a few minutes here and there...that helps so I don't tighten all up. D Hi -I'm glad you were able to get this done, Darcy! How are you feeling today?
