Tnis company says before mold remediationin my musty basement, they have an " outside " consultant come over, for $400-$500 to figure out what you need done. Than, the mold people do what's needed, probably about $3500. I think this " consultant " thing is bull! what do you think? Also, since I do not have $4000. in my back pocket, and plan on moving within the year, i'd rather save my $ for that. (i had remediation in this basementlast oct. I dont think they " air cleaned " the basement or used an anti-fungal on the wood ceiling. felice Hey, anyone know of any " safe communities " or homes we can rent or buy on the east coast??
