Guest guest
I put my milk in glass mason jars,I perfer the wide mouth ones when the store has them..If you have a hard time finding raw milk in Boston,MA or anywhere..Look for dairy goat farms, alot of the show goat herds don't list as selling raw milk..But it doesn't hurt to ask them while you are there.. The same goes for here or anywhere else..Just look for dairy goat farms..Ask how they milk and process their milk..Alot of us dairy goat breeders/owners are making kefir too..Some bottle in plastic jugs and freeze..I don't like the milk that has been frozen,I perfer bottling in glass jars, and when the milk has gotten to old to drink w/chocolate..I make cheese..I'm waiting on a cheese press I ordered now..I can't wait..Planning on making lots of kefir hard cheeses..Yummm! I have cousins in the Czech Republic, and Moscow, and Slovakia..That's what my aunt(Teta )tells me..My grandparents were from the old country..
