Rezz,

I am ever intrigued when reading your posts. You have a fluid, organic and

almost lyrical/poetic way of writing. I really enjoy your writing style.

Although I am not always sure I completely track what you are trying to

say.

Might I inquire where you are from? Country? Region of country?

Just pure curiousity on my part. No need to answer if you do not choose to.

I put a wanted ad out in my local freecycle for brewing containers. So far

not much for bites. And nothing on craigslist. I will probably end up

buying something. Which leads me back to the question about the ceramic

crock I asked about before. No one really answered if we need to brew in

glass or if the ceramic crock would work okay.

Hi Jaxi,

Sorry missed your other post about brewing containers. IMHO it is best to brew

in glass. Ceramic containers may be OK but metals are often found in clays and

glazes and I once had Kombucha go right through the glaze on a ceramic container

I was using and form little droplets on the outside of the container. After that

I stopped using that container or any other type except glass.

Happy, Healthy Brewing!

Peace, Love and Harmony,

Bev

Ah, you just come off as a little arrogant ,but I figure that it shouldn't be of

bother to me unless perhaps one is a little insecure. But I come from an

arrogant family and have a pretty thick skin. Besides I find him slightly

flowery with a lot of flavor with his words. This is what makes us so

interesting. I have a bi-polar foster son and he is on meds for this as well

as depression; it sucks because he is a very passionate man and excellent

artist, these meds to make him 'normal' have taken away his artistic

passion.... My point is to just try and enjoy one another's differences in

thought as well as how one expresses this!!!!
