Guest guest
I don't think a room spray is a cosmetic unless you make a medical claim. Some states do regulate everclear, we can't get it in Wa. I don't think. I use a product called cyclomethicone. You just mix this with your fo and that's it. It dries very fast and does not stain. It is moderate in price but very easy to use. You can get it from www.lotioncrafer.com Chris > > Hello everyone! > I usually keep quiet but have to pop up with a question or two and hope that someone can straighten me out. > > First Is a room spray considered to be a cosmetic? I'm not sure because you don't use it on your body and yet ..... > > Second I read the FDA thing about the use of Vodka and Everclear in homemade sprays and perfumes being illegal for sale. And yet they mention that some EO's have been used to denature the alcohol that you can use. So I'm wondering ........aren't we denaturing this alcohol by doing the same thing. So why can't we use this stuff. (Just wondering) > > Third Can we use just Isopropyl Alcohol for room sprays or am I going to need something else. > > fourth I read that to buy this danatured alcohol we need a special permit that will cost about 250 dollars. Is this true? > > I really hope that someone can straighten me out on this I'm slightly confused.
