Hey ,

Enbrel did nothing for me. That's why I switched to Kineret, which I

am understanding studies are showing it's better for Stills whereas

Enbrel is better for RA. Some people don't do well on Kineret though

and they may try Humira, Remicade, Rituxan, etc.

Let us know what you guys decide to do.

, I tried Enbrel for a year or so. I didn't have much luck with

the once-a-week injection, so I switched to the twice-a-week mix it

yourself version. This seemed to work better (plus it didn't sting!),

but I always took it in combination with MTX and prednisone. It only

worked for about six months, then gradually stopped working. I don't

know what your husband's doc told him, but mine did the " try it for

three months " thing (gives it time to build up in your system) before

deciding to switch.

I would start to see a neurologist if you aren't already, and make

sure your RD knows every single thing that is going on.

Later, Kirk.
