Self-intro of Sheri - Cannon Falls, MN

Hello.  My name is Sheri  (sherimiller.miller@...) and I live in Cannon Falls, MN.  I have four heritage-breed dairy cows that I purchased after falling in love with dairy cows from reading Sally Fallon.  I closely follow the WAPF principles and am emphatic about nutrition, but I am, first and foremost, a foodie!  I love the amazing flavor of the foods I can make with my own sweet, clean raw milk.  I also drink milk like wine.  I keep the milk from all my cows separate and pair each one accordingly with food.  I even named my cows after food: Chocolate, Molasses, Honey, and Cinnamon.  Molasses' milk makes the best yogurt and ice cream.  Cinnamon's milk goes with anything sweet.  Honey's is excellent with chicken.  And I couldn't bear to eat spicey food without Chocolate's milk.  The fact that I am very healthy from all this milk is a pretty nice bonus, too!
