Hello dear ,

Welcome to this wonderful group of loving, giving, souls~

Peace is found within.~ I pray I can help you find that peace. I'm happy to

see you've already learned

something very valuable, you said it... patiently, and you've already begun

on your journey, you know

what you want and you've reached out. <gentle smile>

I'm sorry to hear that your Mother passed on, but she is not lost dear one.

She sees you and your baby

girl and she will be there with you when she comes into this world. I'm

sure you will share your Mother's

life and memory with your new daughter and keep her in your other children's

memories as well. They

can also help too. It's good you've remarried and it's a positive

experience for you and you will have

support and someone with you to help you through this too.

I honestly don't feel you're lost, but I do understand how you feel. Take

time to listen to your intuition

and to your soul as it guides you on what to do. Also pay attention to your

new baby, she will have a

strong connection with your Mother. I just had a new Granddaughter myself a

couple of weeks ago and I

feel very blessed to have been able to be a part of the pregnancy and the

birth, but I wasn't there for all of

my Grandchildren's births and I also didn't know my own Grandmother, my

Mother's Mother, although

I'm named after her (and this new Granddaughter is also named after her and

me as well) <big smile> but,

I do know my Grandmother from the stories my Mother's told me about her all

my life and from pictures

and from seeing the love on my Mother's face, in her eyes and in her own

touch as she's spoken to me of

her.

Be open with your children about how you miss your Mother and share with

them about her. Share stories

and pictures and experiences you had with her. You may want to write things

down in a journal and even

put thoughts and pictures in a book as well. If you have some of her

favorite things, share them also with

your baby. Take her to places you both went together. Share as much as you

can and she will feel your love

you have for your Mother. To me, that's the most important thing you can do.

You're still hurting and grieving... it can take time and the grieving

process is different for everyone. Perhaps

you can see your new baby daughter's birth as a new beginning for you too

and to know that your Mother is

always with you and as I said, she will have a strong link with your baby

girl and you will feel that as soon as

you hold her in your arms, if you haven't already been feeling your Mother's

presence around you lately...

believe me, she's been there and she will help you with those baby steps

just like she always did with strength,

a little message here and there and by speaking to your heart.~

Blessings, love, and peace,

Mysti

Hello,

I am new to this group, I was drawn to it somehow. I am looking for

peace. I want to learn how to have inner peace, but patiently. I tend to

want to understand everything this minute...but I would like help as to

where I should start on my journey.

I want to teach my children how to meditate and relieve their stress. I

feel that I have an energy and intuition that is different than many. I

would like to direct this to help others as well as my own soul.

I lost my mother in December unexpectantly to a rare cancer called LMS,

and am pregnant with a baby girl due in just a couple of weeks. I have 2

children from a previous marriage, my mother was my cornerstone. I am

scared and angry. I want to feel peace and acceptance so I can introduce

my beautiful mother's memories to our daughter(I have remarried) in a

beneficial way not tramatic.

Please help me with my first baby step, as to a good starting place.

Whether it is reading material or some thing else...I am lost.

Thank you,

Hello to you and to everyone in the group,

I have been having computer problems lately and this will be the third time I have attempted to send a message in the last couple of days, so I'm hoping that this computer will co-operate this time!

, I'm very sorry for your loss and wanted to let you know that I can relate to some of what you're going through. I lost my mum in December also. Very unexpectedly and only a few weeks after losing my job. As a single parent, I relied heavily on my income for our survival, but mum told me not to worry, and I knew she'd be there to help me get through Christmas until I got another job. My whole foundation came crumbling down the day she died and every week has brought unfortunate unexpected events and still more grief. I'm learning to just feel and trust and create and live in each moment.

For me to share everything thats unfolded since then would take up far too much time, but in a nutshell, if I can summarise, my son ran up a $600 ph bill in January which I couldn't pay without a job. My cousin shot himself in February, I crashed my car on the way to his memorial, so now I'm driving mums. I had to move house due to it being sold by the owner in March, I've been technically bankrupt and only just got another job a couple of weeks ago, but the first day I started, our kitten was hit by a car and we had to put her down. She was 9mnths old and we always thought she was a he until we took her to the vet!! My darling boy and I were both shattered. Not to mention another bill.

I'm not worrying about anything anymore though, since joining this group when I read about the challenges other people are facing, I feel very humbled and grateful for the blessings I receive in my life. I am very grateful that I've had the support of wonderful friends, family and my gestalt therapist throughout this nightmare rollercoaster which I hope is finally levelling out somewhat.

My aunty still has many challenges to face though and my prayers are with her as she lost her best friend when mum died and her son not long after. Her and my uncle have been embroiled in a huge scandal and have been fighting to see their grandkids who spent weekends with them regularly before.

Anyway, my thoughts and prayers are with everyone. May we all face our challenges in life with humility and trust and live for the joy in each moment.

Love and Light,

Rhonda
