Hi Keri!

We're in the south Bay Area. Been here about a year and a half -

great place to live if it weren't sooooo expensive! Both my family

and the in-laws are in the San Diego area, so it is the perfect

distance from them - not too close not too far. ;-)

I am still doing well. I'm down to 15mg of prednisone with no return

of symptoms so..hurrah for that. I am hypervigilant though. Is that a

rash or did I spend too much time in the sun? Does my ankle hurt

because of Stills or because I tripped over my son's firetruck toy?

Is it a Stills sore throat or am I getting the same cold the kids

had? My doctor decided to let me continue tapering off the pred

without starting on mtx or anything right away. I know I probably

won't be able to stay off the disease-managing meds forever, but I

just wan't to put it as long as possible!

But I won't give up... I will keep trying and one day I will do it.
