I was searching for some NY laws and came across this list of lobby priorities for what seems to be the processors. I am especially concerned about the items in which they want anyone transporting milk to have a license(farmers market/cow shares), and that they want no mandate for labelling BST milk (because it is unneccessary information for consumers). It seems to me that the NY laws are fuzzy, but I have been closely watching the case against Meadowsweet Dairy to see what precedent is set. We currently only have a family cow, but are in full support of the people who want to produce raw milk for public consumption.
