Well, I got brave this morning and did probably the hardest workout I own :)  How grueling..and fun!  I was so happy I was able to keep up for the most part.  I don't feel like I've lost any ground since doing it last, but boy it kicked my butt.  My face is still on fire...  I burned 583 calories with my average at 145.

LOTS OF JUMPING NON STOP! like HIIT without the breaks and not just the jumping but directional changes of the jumping. i liked the core work in it but not enough to keep it since some of it is similar in other videos of the shock cardio series. you take 3 drills and repeat 2-3 times as a circuit then move the floor. no break there either ! i think the clip will give an idea http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_XIHLvytL4KASSIALDY_SOLANA'S WEBPAGElast purchase 6-29-10owner of 280 workout dvds & 49 fitness related books

WOW! I watched the clip... WOW!!! I think I'd like it for about half the 50 minutes! Seriously, that would be an awesome workout for me because there's no choreography and most of the moves look pretty straightforward (just hard when there's so many in succession) but I don't think I could survive 50 minutes straight of it because of the intensity and the high impact. Darcy, once again, may I say you amaze me?! :-)

Thanks, Kassia!  This looks really fun, actually!  My knee can't handle this one for awhile, but it has moved up my playlist for sure!!I know would like this one too.
