Guest guest
Hi Loren; I think venous pH is an unreliable measurement of your extracellular pH...common wisdom on the alternative groups is to use saliva pH measurements first thing in the morning, before eating, brushing or rinsing. The trick is to use a fish tank pH kit, which is more accurate than litmus paper -- you can get your results in seconds. www.yahoogroups.com/group/AlkalinizeForHealth Intracellular pH is a tad lower, but the saliva test give you a very close reading.
