Guest guest
To a small but dedicated community, it's "raw milk," a life-giving, vitamin and enzyme-rich miracle cure for asthma, gastrointestinal disorders and multiple other illnesses. The viewpoint, championed in the past decade by the Weston A. Price Foundation, which follows the nutritional teachings of a mid-century Ohio dentist, has gained a life of its own on the Internet...http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/2010-04-15-rawmilk15_ST_N.htm

My heart goes out to her, but I also feel a bit manipulated, and I suspect we are not getting the whole story here. Can it be as simple as the usual WAPF response of " know your source " ? I apologize, as I haven't been reading this list lately. I saw Carolyn's post on the NewWAPHB list and nobody responded, and thought I'd see if anyone had responded here, as everyone is so knowledgable about raw milk, but nobody has. It must be old news on this list, but I appreciate anyone who might humor me and respond. Thanks, Barrie

Guest guest
Was the kidney damage from the doctors giving the wrong antibiotic at the hospital? I know that is what happened in a couple of the cases in CA a few years ago. The doctors didn't wait to find out if it was e-coli and almost killed the children because of it. Why is that always left out of the story?
