Guest guest
Never had it tested..It taste like nubian milk..The milk out of my nigerian dwarf goats is too sweet for drinking,I use it for cheese or to feed my kefir grains... Re: Self intro , I saw where you had said you milked a boer doe.....and I have a question. I acquired a Boer-Alpine cross doe, do you think it is possible she could be milked? (she is only about 5 months old for now) Not sure what to breed her to in the future...... any ideas, I do have access to a Nubian buck that is healthy. What kind of goat would I end up with that kind of cross?? ha ha Vickie Most are nigerian dwarf,I don't milk those girls much unless their udder is big enough to milk..My milkers are nubians,a NuMancha,a toggenburg, and a american boer doe.. I make cheese from the milk and it is sooo good..
