Guest guest
Hi Marge, If your water from your tap contains fluoride or chlorine, it would be better for you if you didn't use it without filtering it first. If the water that comes out of your filter is boiling it should work fine. Be sure to change the filter insert as often as the manufacturer recommends. Enjoy your KT in the best of health and well being. Happy New Year. Guest guest
If you mean water from your hot water heater I have always hear you should NOT drink that. Contaminants from the hot water heater can be an issue. But maybe if your heater and pipes, etc are newer? Just want you to be safe. Guest guest
Hi Marge, Glad your filtered water is easier and probably better than tap water. I would try boiling and then just under boiling and see which works better. However, most filters don't remove fluoride. Special filtration is needed to get rid of fluoride.
