Is there anyone near me that would kindly let me have a mushroom and some starter please ? Rock on Tim Hinkley It has been quite a while since I made some too. But since the GT Original Kombucha is on the shelves again I decided to try to make my own mushroom. I used 8 ounces of the GT and 16 ounces of tea with about 1/3 cup of sugar and after 7 days I have a nice scoby growing and will soon be able to make a much larger batch.
