Your using the cabinet above the freezer seems to work o.k.

There is always that search for an ideal place to brew. I can't lift mine up

high anymore.

I just now brewed on a cart in the kitchen, down low by my lg dryer. I was

afraid the vibrations will stop my baby scoby's developing and it would have to

start all over again. It worked, but the temperature was not constant, at all.

When the washer spins, it shakes things on my dryer, too.

Four times, now, I have used the dresser in my bedroom. by my tv. It is

tropically hot in there, so my kt brews in 4 to 5 days. I like the fast brewing

and I can smell when it is ready.

, try my tropical method. Ha.

Of course, I like it sweet. Use five black, 1 green and 1 white tea bag to 1 1/2

cups of sugar. I need calories, since I now have a raging metabolism.
