I didnt read all the replies, but my suggestion would be to get a flake of hay,

put it in a shallow container. Pour some grain in, and mix it around a little

bit into the hay. It will take her quite a bit longer to clean up every bit of

grain (and hopefully she will!). Should give you more time to milk her out.
