Dear Ones,

I don't add fruit juice. I just pour mine straight into gallon glass grape juice

jugs, capped with a double layer of plastic under the lid. Then stored in the

refrig.

The plastic makes a tighter seal and keeps the KT from rusting the lid. It keeps

there for years and doesn't turn vinegary.

My new special brew is so good that I wouldn't think of adding anything to it.

My kids say that it tastes better than Dr. Sklenar's and that's going some. We

paid $19. a bottle for his at Wheaton Health Foods. They went out of business,

because their rent was raised too hig.

There is still one place in the internet where one can buy Dr. Sklenar's.

I am giving up on Baby X for now. No decent scoby, but good taste.

I am also leaving liquid Baby Y sit in the refrig for now.

My baby daughter just took home a half gallon pickle jar of my brew. She insists

on drinking 6 oz. a day.

If I am going to make more and share, I am going to concentrate on making the

best.

Wouldn't you?

Blessings on you all. LOve. MArge.
