I would probably say yes, he should wear his glasses. The test is looking at

the affect on the optic nerve, so even if he has glasses on, the effects on the

optic nerve will not allow him to distinguish certain patterns. I think if he

doesn't wear his glasses, the effect could be attributed to his eyesight

problems. Wearing the glasses focuses on the nerves.
