My KT Weekend.....

Here's a taste of my KT weekend...cheers!

I bottled up the brew made in my giant goldfish bowl - all fine and tasty. I

left the Scoby in some of its juice as I'm not ready to make more just yet. With

the remains of my pineapple KT that had gone a little sour I used some as a

marinade for chicken (added tomato puree & garlic & soy sauce) and then with the

rest I added Rosemary & Sage to make a skin tonic which can also be used as a

hair rinse or marinade or gargle for sore throats! I liquidised the Scoby that

had grown on the pineapple KT to make a " cream " and prepared my best thick white

Scoby for adoption - my sister is taking it across the Channel to her home in

France. Phew - KT certainly gives you energy! What kind of KT weekend did you

have?
