Guest guest
Hope you all don't think me too rude to just watch your discussion and only pipe in if I have a problem. Since you all have cow I know you know that life is too full to sit at the computer much.....that said here's my problem I hope someone can help me with. I hand milk my cow in a bucket and then strain it. The strainer has small, hard lumps or seeds. I've never seen this before. They are the same color as the cream I skim after separation. Can anyone tell me what this means? Is it a problem? Does she need something I am not giving her? Can we drink the milk? Really appreciate any help you all can give me. I did search the archives first but only came up with hits on keifer and yoghurt seeds. Beth
