Speaking of essential oils in baking...does anyone know if I could substitute

peppermint essential oil for peppermint extract in a peppermint patty recipe?

Basically you mix the peppermint flavoring in with butter, powdered sugar, milk,

etc. So, I don't see why you couldn't sub., but I hate to waste a batch if it

won't work. Thoughts anyone??

it had the most wonderful sounding Orange Essential Oil Cookie Recipe
