Guest guest Posted February 2, 2011 Report Share Posted February 2, 2011 I just started making KT. I got a nice sized chunk of a SCOBY and some start KT from a friend. There is a white SCOBY forming on the top but there is brown stuff hanging to the under side of the new SCOBY. It seems to be getting smaller but hasn't gone away.
