ooooo I love hearing about your mish-mosh tapes, !  I was thinking of making some of those too for part specific workouts, like biceps with the bands, biceps from Supreme 90 Day, Biceps from Amy Bento or whatever..

As for triceps - yes they can be fun to train because unlike biceps which are mostly curls of some form or another, triceps have more variety it seems.  There is not a body part I don't like to train, but I'd have to say that back is my most favorite :)

Leg Day at the Sweat Shop this afternoon with and , looking forward to it in a sick way.  Zumba tonite at the gym..
