Guest guest Posted March 6, 2011 Report Share Posted March 6, 2011 I've been flavoring with use for quite some time and I like the 1:5 ratio of juice to KT. I use a 16oz bottle, so that means 1/3 cup juice to 1 2/3 cups KT. I do have conclude by saying that I allow my second fermentation to go for about 10 days. If fermenting shorter or starting with a sweeter brew I use the 1:7 and use 1/4 cup juice to 1 3/4 cup KT.
