Guest guest Posted December 2, 2010 Report Share Posted December 2, 2010 Does anyone know what the right Ph. level would be if I want to be sure that no sugar is left in my kombucha? I am following the GAPS diet and they said kombucha is allowed if no sugar is remaining. I am thinking maybe around 2.8. Anyone know this?
