What has Kombucha done for you lately?

I'm so glad you posted this. I have been drinking Kombucha and Kefir regularly

for about 2 months and both DH and I have noticed my hair is getting darker ! I

was grey as well and now my grey is more golden and the hair is turning darker

once again ! Whoo Hoo !
