Guest guest
About a month ago, I took my boss' inhaler apart to check the expiration. I told him it had expired 2 years ago and he needed a new one. He said they only put the expiration date on there to make us buy more. So today, as he hit the inhaler for the third time in an hour, he said he thought it wasn't working because it expired. Ya think???!?!?!?!?! I did have to mention the earlier conversation to him. Guest guest
So sorry to hear about all of your troubles, , this is really too much for people to deal with. Did you have any luck with probiotics? They can take a long time to work in a serious fungal case but I think they can be helpful, even just to take the edge off things and kind of keep the lid on to stop it from getting worse. I'm not talking about MCS, but more Candida infections and general gut wellness. My asthma isn't from a mold reaction -- I have a feeling the treatment would be quite different if it was. My asthma is so severe I basically require inhalers to survive, and believe me, I've tried to go without them to deleterious, almost fatal, effect. The inhalers are the only thing that keeps me off prednisone, and prednisone is defiinitely pretty bad for the body so I try to stay away from it. It's all part of the Samters syndrome I have. I did notice since I've been having the mold reaction that my breathing has been different and that extra difficulty is not relieved by inhalers, so I think it's probably a very different mechanism that contributes to breathing difficulties from mold than the one that causes my other symptoms from the Samters. Sending you strength and healing energy for what it's worth. Lori
