Ho Ho Ho

Hi everyone,.

Just thought while I had a spare few seconds would give you an update.

Have been off for over a week sick....the hernia is making its presence felt. So I bit the bullet and booked for the surgery for March 9 with Dr Talbot (almost Dr God!) Will have the hernia and the tummy tuck...the quote is roughly 3,.500 for Dr T and assistant and about 1200 for the sleep doctor (can't spell anathetists!!) Got to find this amount from somewhere so if you see me on the street corner at the Cross, just ignore me!!! (wouldn't earn much I think!)

Being sick for a week did get me down to 100.00 (exactly!) but wouldn't go down any more,. and is heading up again once I started to eat again. Always something stops me gettin g un der 100!!!

Going back to the gym tonight ...first time in 2 weeks and I must say I have really missed it!!

Don't know if I will be able to post again but will read when I can.

So MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR to all on Sydband. May 2007 be the year we get it all together (head and ban d) and lose heaps.
