Guest guest
Hi , Now that you have two batches going you will have lots of starts in a week or so. Why not start your Mom with some of the regular size Kombucha colonies and some of your fermented KT. Then she can get Kombucha tea herself a week later. Best when sharing Kombucha starts to share plain Kombucha. What made me giddy is that two days after the second fermentation I had scobies growing inside the bottles. hahahaha! That is so awesome. I gave them to my mom to start on a mini scale. But now I'm wondering if that was not a good idea. I had flavored those bottles with ginger and black berries. Can you use those scobies after you've put in " flavors " ???? Please advise. Now I'm making two gallons instead of one. I'm addicted!!!! Thanks all for the great advise! > - >
