Guest guest Posted September 13, 2006 Report Share Posted September 13, 2006 So this time we did three culture plates -- one outside as a control, one in our bedroom here and one in the new apartment. This kind of hammers home the point for me about doing a control -- the control plate from outside has about three times as many mold spores as the other two plates after 60 hours. At 48 hours there were just a few tiny ones in each but the control plate had quite a bit more already. So I don't think there is any need to send these for analysis -- what do you all think? We won't have our air conditioner results back for another week or more but I am really starting to think that that has been the source of the mold this whole time. We have it covered up with plastic and it is going to be out of here soon. It's taken a few days but since we haven't been running it I am feeling a bit better in terms of the joint pain.
