I wonder if the standard type of Hepa Vacuums being sold by the major

manufactures are enough protection? Carl had mentioned something about the

type

of vacuums that use the (I forget the term he used) roller brush that simply

push out many of the smaller particles in the air. The only vacuums I am

familiar with have these.

Any vacuum that cleans the way you want AND has the exhaust filtered

by a HEPA filter.

One caution: The less expensive ones (usually less than $300) leak

around the edges of the HEPA filter. So while the filter itself is a

true HEPA the whole unit doesn't function at the HEPA level of 99.97%

at 0.3 microns. Beware of different wording such as " HEPA-like, "

" HEPA style " or " 98% HEPA. " If it doesn't include the specific words

" 99.97% at 0.3 microns " then it isn't a HEPA. Don't pay more for a

vacuum that is only similar to what you need. You need " real " not

just " pretend " or " I believe " or " I hope. "
