Mold coverup in condo development

Is anyone aware of how to break a story about mold

lurking beneath the walls of an upscale condo

development. The town and state officials all know

about the problems, but won't do anything to protect

the people who are living there or who are going to

buy there. Now they are selling 13 new units, while

covering up the mold problems in their old units (roof

leaks, siding leaks, no flashing, dry and wet rot they

paint over)

Yes, you can post this on AHRC.com (American Homeowner Resource Center.)

The site gets over 2 million hits a month. You can post anonymously or with

your name as you choose. Reporters have been using AHRC as a resource for

worthy news stories regarding problems with condos and homeowner associations.

Unfortunately, the concealment of toxic mold problems in condos is an all

too common story as it was in mine. However, the situation you describe with

town and state officials aware of the problems make this situation unique and

certainly news worthy. This should be exposed and the best way to start is by

posting this on ahrc.com. Feel free to contact me off list with any

questions.
