ive been old 2 use fresh ground used 1 get 2 soft and lose it purpose (the

caffeine helps with circulation)..

When making/using M & P and adding coffee grounds, do you use fresh coffee

grounds or used dried ones?

When the recipe calls for coffee grounds, it usually means coffee straight from

the can(or plastic tub as it comes in now) If you want it a little less

abrasive, I would recommend grinding them a little further in a small coffee

grinder, or buying bulk coffee at the " grind your own " section of the

supermarket and setting the grinder for espresso.

I always use fresh, unused and steal them from my husbands expensive

coffee stash :)
