Hi Patti,

If you can travel to LA you are in luck. The OCD Center of Los

Angeles seems to be an excellent resource, even just for info. I've

been to the website (www.ocdla.com) many times and spoken to doctors

on the phone. They helped me b/c they are even familiar with

ocd " spectrums " , which are not as common apparently (like trich and

Bdd and skin picking). They might have a referral closer to you. I'm

sure I remember seeing some therapists listed in Sta Barbara (I'm in

San Diego) while doing some web searches at different OCD sites. The

only glitch may be if they are not contracted with your insurance. In

my case, OCD specialists just do not seem to contract with my

insurance. Good luck!
