I have a questions concerning scenting mp soap. I have a bottle of Estee

Lauder bath oil...can this be used to scent the mp soap?

IF I should live to a ripe old age,

may I possess some depth of individuality, charm and wit,

that I may not be discarded

when I am withered, worn and weak,

but sought after and cherished like a fine antique.

I don't think so. You can't really add extra oils to MP soap and get good

results, but hey it's worth the experiment. Try it on just a small batch.

You can find a lot of scent dupications that are right for MP soaps,

practially all of the fragrances from the soap suppliers can be used in MP soap.

Hey, that's great, I remember adding shea butter to make an opaque soap (this

was when they only had translucent MP) - wasn't successful at it. Glad you

were able to do it, and even more happy that you could share it. It's other

peoples experiments that we learn from

I add coconut oil and castor oil, in small amounts to M & P and it's quite

successful. Makes a hard bar with lots of lather. Holly JMHO
