Glad the meds are helping some. Probably some of those teenage hormones are starting to kick in too, that can really make some kids moody and more quick to anger and hittings walls, etc., even those without OCD! Take some time to do something for yourself each day and relax - even if it's just a few minutes reading a book or calling a friend or a long bath or even a favorite TV show.
