Hi thank you so much for sending me the article and yes it does somewhat

sound like shauna. Thanks for thinking of me it means alot and i do appreciate

you , my prayers are with you , I dont know how you handle 3 kids , i can

barely handle 1 ha ha ha love Patty in calif.

I hope things ease up for you two soon. Glad the meds are helping

some. Probably some of those teenage hormones are starting to kick

in too, that can really make some kids moody and more quick to anger

and hittings walls, etc., even those without OCD! Take some time to

do something for yourself each day and relax - even if it's just a

few minutes reading a book or calling a friend or a long bath or even

a favorite TV show. I sometimes tell my kids (I'm a single mom, 3

sons) to leave me alone for a few minutes, " this is MY time! "
